Haitian Cooking Classes: Experience how to prepare a fully authentic Haitian meal from start to finish. Also learn the history behind some of the foods from different regions of Haiti. International Cooking Classes: Asian, European, Mexican, or South American Cuisine will allow you to travel the world with me, and experience the flavors and history of food from different cultures. The Course will teach you how to mix spices, properly clean and prepare meat, how to bake, expertly set a table and how to host a fabulous dinner party. Learn to prepare a balanced menu whether it be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also learn to understand the chemistry of food and nutrition. Guests under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
